About the Role
This position involves designing, developing, and deploying software solutions aligned with project objectives and quality benchmarks. The candidate will write clean, efficient code adhering to best practices and software design patterns. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders is necessary to gather and analyze project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions that fulfill project goals and quality standards.
- Create maintainable code using best practices and appropriate design patterns.
- Work alongside product teams to analyze requirements and ensure alignment.
- Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to meet functional and performance criteria.
- Engage in code reviews for constructive feedback and to enhance code quality.
- Identify and resolve technical challenges while optimizing software performance.
- Document software designs, technical specifications, and user guides.
- Participate actively within an Agile development environment including sprint planning and estimation.
- Enhance skills continuously through self-learning, training, and professional growth opportunities.
- Keep updated with emerging industry trends and technologies to suggest innovative improvements.
- Utilize containerization tools such as Docker; manage containerized applications via Azure Container Registry and Azure Kubernetes Service.
Essential Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 5 to 9 years of professional experience with .NET technologies, particularly C#, ASP.NET, Azure PaaS, and .NET Core.
- Strong background working with Azure cloud services including Azure Functions and API management.
- Good knowledge of relational databases and experience with SQL.
- Experience in developing cloud-based applications leveraging Azure services.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
- Proficient with version control systems such as Git and Agile software development methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
Additional Information
Work locations include Chennai, Bangalore, Kolkata, and Pune. The role invites candidates with 6 to 10 years of relevant experience. The position requires a commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with technologies in cloud and containerization.
