About the Program
Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) invites UAE Nationals, especially recent high school graduates, to join our National Training Programs at Al Taweelah and Jebel Ali sites. These initiatives offer a pathway to launch careers across various operational departments including Smelter, Power, Desalination, Maintenance, and Technical fields.
Training and Development
Trainees will engage in a rigorous training curriculum spanning between six months and three years. This includes classroom-based theoretical lessons, hands-on practical sessions in workshops, and on-site training within EGA facilities to ensure comprehensive skill and knowledge acquisition.
Candidate Requirements
- Must be a UAE National
- Possess a High School Certificate, ideally in science or technical disciplines, or have relevant professional experience
- Effective communication abilities in English
- Completion of National Service where applicable
- Age range between 19 and 32 years

Higher Secondary (Class 12)
