Multi-Unit Duty Manager

About The Role

Step into an energetic hospitality leadership position as a Multi-Unit Duty Manager in Edinburgh, overseeing well-known brands including Burger King, BrewDog, The Pasty Shop, and AMT Coffee. This full-time role entails working 40 hours per week across flexible shifts spanning from early mornings at 5:30am to late night until 1am, including night shifts and weekends, bank, and public holidays.

The hourly rate starts at £13.75, with an additional incentive of £1.50 per hour for hours worked between midnight and 6am, elevating the pay to £15.25 during those times.

Job Description

• Manage the opening, closing, and daily operational activities while promptly resolving issues as they arise.
• Lead and motivate your team through peak periods to maintain a dynamic and positive environment.
• Encourage exceptional customer service and serve as the key contact for both customer concerns and team questions.
• Focus on results by monitoring unit performance and promoting continual improvements.
• Preferably bring previous leadership experience within fast-paced hospitality or retail settings, with prior night shift exposure considered advantageous.

Candidate Profile

• Must be at least 18 years old to perform all duties and shifts, due to specific supervisory responsibilities.
