Role Overview
We seek an enthusiastic, self-driven Multi Skilled Operative to join our team located in Middle Wallop. This role involves executing planned and preventative maintenance tasks and assisting various onsite trades with different responsibilities. The successful candidate will receive continuous support and relevant training from our approachable onsite team, offering opportunities to broaden their skill set.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic plumbing tasks across the site.
- Carry out minor repairs related to building fabric, including maintenance of doors, flooring, and decoration.
- Provide support to different trades teams with assorted tasks throughout the site.
- Conduct inspections of doors, locks, and hinges across premises to ensure proper functioning.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in carpentry or general building fabric maintenance.
- Possession of a valid full UK driving licence.
- Capability to undergo and successfully complete security vetting procedures.
