Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and servicing tasks for motorcycles.
• Diagnose and repair both mechanical and electrical motorcycle issues.
• Handle repairs related to engine, suspension, brakes, and drivetrain components.
• Utilize diagnostic tools effectively to pinpoint faults with precision.
• Install aftermarket accessories and performance enhancements as required.
• Perform stringent quality control checks prior to handing over vehicles to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols within the workshop.
• Work in coordination with service advisors about repair scopes and requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Solid knowledge of motorcycle mechanics and electronics.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and accurately diagnose a variety of motorcycle problems.
• Familiarity with service schedules and efficient workshop procedures.
• Experience working on premium motorcycle brands is highly desirable; preferred brands include Royal Enfield, KTM, Triumph, Kawasaki, and Honda BigWing or other premium Hondas.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• A genuine passion for motorcycles coupled with a commitment to continuous personal growth and learning.
