Position Overview

The Internal Media Technology and Streaming Services department within the Internal IT division supports all company departments by providing high-quality media services. The team operates three fully equipped video studios for live streaming and varied audio and video productions. Our product portfolio includes planning and producing explainer videos, tutorials, product and image films, audio and video podcasts, and social media content — all created by the Finanz Informatik team for the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of creative concepts and storyboards to clearly and engagingly explain IT topics and processes
• Assist in video post-production, focusing on editing, color grading, and audio mixing
• Create animations for product and image films, explainer videos, tutorials, and social media content
• Support the planning and execution of live stream, audio, and video productions

Candidate Profile

• Completed studies in audiovisual media or vocational training specializing in media design (image & sound) or equivalent qualification
• Initial relevant professional experience in motion design or video production
• Proficient use of Adobe Creative Cloud focusing on Adobe Premiere and After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve; knowledge in 3D editing and compositing is a plus
• Experience with animation, motion graphics, layout, and a strong sense of design, timing, and storytelling
• Creative vision and solid technical understanding to visualize complex subjects in a clear and appealing manner
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills along with structured, conceptual work approach
