Role Overview

We are currently recruiting multiple Mortgage Advisors to join our team. These professionals will leverage their extensive knowledge of the Irish mortgage sector to identify products that align with our clients' financial goals. As a Mortgage Advisor, you will guide clients throughout their mortgage process, ensuring their unique circumstances and requirements are thoroughly understood and addressed. Success in this role demands excellent interpersonal skills, a strong background in client-focused mortgage advice within a target-driven setting, and dedication to exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed client assessments to ascertain mortgage objectives.
  • Create personalised mortgage plans that meet client-specific goals.
  • Clearly explain a range of mortgage products and services to clients, simplifying complex options.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to optimize client support and resource utilization.
  • Keep abreast of regulatory changes, market trends, and new products within the Irish mortgage industry and integrate this knowledge into client consultations.

Requirements

  • Mandatory Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a client-facing mortgage advisory or brokerage role.
  • Thorough understanding of mortgage products, criteria, and industry services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and lasting client relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in a target-based working environment.
  • Ability to function autonomously and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced workplace.
  • Strong ethics and integrity in professional conduct.

Additional Information

This is a full-time role with a hybrid work schedule following initial onboarding: two days per week in the office and three days working from home.
