An established mortgage brokerage in Ireland is seeking multiple Mortgage Advisors to join their growing team in Dublin. This full-time position offers a hybrid working arrangement with two days in the office and three days working from home after onboarding. Primary Responsibilities
- Guide clients through every stage of their mortgage process.
- Perform thorough financial evaluations to understand individual client objectives.
- Create customised mortgage plans that meet specific client circumstances and goals.
- Clearly explain available mortgage products and services to clients.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in mortgage regulations, products, and market trends in Ireland.
Essential Requirements
- Mandatory possession of the Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) certification.
- At least three years of client-facing experience in mortgage advisory, preferably within a brokerage setting.
- Demonstrated success working in target-driven environments.
- In-depth knowledge of mortgage products, criteria, and related services.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trust and rapport with clients.
- Strong ethical principles and integrity in professional conduct.
