Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute regional go-to-market monetization programs and pricing initiatives by defining key challenges, formulating hypotheses, and setting expectations with multiple stakeholders.
  • Assess the readiness of go-to-market initiatives through collaboration with global and regional teams, surfacing insights and providing nuanced recommendations.
  • Use both qualitative and quantitative approaches to create evidence-based strategies, prioritize projects, and enhance operational efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Monitor, report, and communicate critical pricing metrics and forecast deal volumes to maintain a clear overview of business performance.
  • Manage complex deal exceptions and drive improvements in documentation, processes, and automation within pricing operations.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with cross-department partners to align strategy and execution of pricing models and go-to-market operations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on deal structuring by crafting optimized pricing options, explaining trade-offs, and influencing sales leadership.
  • Lead components of customer lifecycle management, governance enhancement, and articulate business value using advanced data methods.
  • Conduct extensive customer research, including voice of customer interviews and quantitative analyses such as max diff and conjoint studies to inform pricing strategy.
  • Identify new revenue potentials and resource requirements, advocating for strategic pricing initiatives through structured recommendations and thorough performance monitoring.
  • Oversee planning, forecasting, and reporting for key metrics, collaborating with sales, finance, and operations teams to enhance governance and data-driven decision making.
  • Pinpoint growth opportunities through detailed analysis, streamlining planning and reporting processes for scalability.
  • Lead pricing system improvements by evaluating current capabilities, identifying automation prospects, and coordinating cross-system solutions.
  • Translate pricing strategies and operational changes into business requirement documents, working with technical stakeholders to implement scalable system upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years experience in pricing, consulting, banking, or related strategic analytical roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently tackle complex issues using analytical techniques and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Strong initiative to manage priorities and workload autonomously in a dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to anticipate business requirements, synthesize cross-functional insights, and present well-founded strategic advice.
  • Experience leveraging AI technologies to automate processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and generate actionable business insights.
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts to rigorously analyze data and validate hypotheses.
  • Expertise in financial modeling and interpreting data outcomes to inform impactful business decisions.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent ability to communicate complex concepts clearly, framing trade-offs effectively for senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong judgment in business and pricing, capable of identifying strategic opportunities with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with advanced analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI for data analysis, dashboard creation, and insight generation.
  • Experience managing end-to-end forecasting and reporting workflows to ensure precise performance tracking and identifying key business drivers.
