About the Role
As a key contributor to workforce mobility within Saudi Arabia and the GCC, you will facilitate safe, compliant, and efficient movement and deployment of personnel. This position transcends routine administration by aiding in optimal business decision-making through coordination, risk management, and continuous process enhancement.
Team Collaboration
You will be embedded within the International Services team and engage closely with HR Operations, Compliance, Legal, Recruitment, manpower suppliers, government agencies, and business leaders throughout Saudi Arabia and the GCC to guarantee workforce mobilization operations meet all regulations and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive administration of temporary and contingent workers including onboarding, deployment, transfers, contract extensions, and demobilization in the Saudi and GCC regions.
- Harmonize workforce mobility schedules considering business priorities, costs, timing, and compliance obligations.
- Administer visa, work permit, and immigration procedures including renewals and cancellations.
- Ensure strict adherence to labor laws and immigration regulations of Saudi Arabia and the GCC alongside internal corporate governance policies.
- Manage Qiwa (Ajeer) system operations, workforce registrations, and Saudization mandates.
- Collaborate with external manpower providers and recruitment entities to source, validate, and deploy talent resources.
- Facilitate workforce onboarding, internal transfers, assignment modifications, transitions, and exit processes.
- Track workforce utilization, deployment effectiveness, and resource allocation to align with operational demands.
- Maintain accurate and current workforce, visa statuses, supplier, and project data to enable analytical reporting and insight generation.
- Identify compliance vulnerabilities, streamline process inefficiencies, and aid in audit and governance procedures.
- Deliver workforce related reports, mobility analytics, and recommendations to enhance workforce planning and strategic business decisions.
- Work in unison with HR Operations, Legal, Compliance, governmental bodies, and business leaders to ensure workforce movement is seamless and compliant.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience in managing manpower for projects, workforce administration, or mobility operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi labor laws, immigration requirements, and Qiwa (Ajeer) platform.
- Capability to assess alternatives and make balanced decisions reflecting compliance, cost efficiency, and operational demands.
- Proficient in stakeholder relationship management and coordination.
- High precision and vigilance with a keen focus on compliance and risk mitigation.
- Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities within a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in mobilizing contingent and project-based labor workforces.
- Strong decision-making expertise to evaluate mobility options aligned with business needs.
- Experience with Qiwa, Ajeer processes, visa management, and workforce compliance checks.
- Collaborative mindset for cross-functional and international team engagement.
