Mobile Scheme Cleaner

Overview

Platform Property Care is seeking a dedicated and energetic Full-Time Mobile Cleaner to maintain cleanliness in communal areas across Schemes located in Horncastle and Central Lincolnshire. This role requires pride in cleanliness standards and a commitment to ensuring hygiene across various sites.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of communal areas, ensuring all sites are immaculate inside and outside.
• Operate as part of a cohesive team while maintaining flexibility to work independently.
• Provide excellent customer service by interacting warmly and professionally with customers and the public.
• Maintain high hygiene and health and safety standards at all times.

Requirements

• Previous cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory as full training will be given.
• Awareness of Health and Safety and COSHH guidelines is beneficial.
• Possess good IT skills and a willingness to adopt new working methods and technology.
• Hold a full valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for travel among multiple Schemes.
• Be comfortable working in both team environments and alone.
• Willingness to undertake a DBS check as the role involves working in residential Schemes.
• Must reside in or near Horncastle/Central Lincolnshire to cover the designated areas effectively.

Working Hours and Conditions

This position entails 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM with no weekend shifts.
