Key Responsibilities
- Uphold strict confidentiality with a strong emphasis on protecting customer privacy.
- Work effectively with diverse data types such as text, speech, audio, images, and videos.
- Produce high-quality labeled datasets, adhering closely to guidelines and meeting key performance indicators using proprietary tools, supporting Amazon's commitment to responsible AI development.
- Exhibit competence in generating high-value human insight data across various multimedia formats including text, images, video, and audio.
- Make discerning judgments and reasoned decisions when encountering ambiguous or incomplete data during task execution.
- Maintain acute attention to detail and switch promptly between various task categories.
- Support daily operational deliverables across multiple assignments for individual and team objectives.
- Identify root causes for errors, detect recurring fault patterns, and recommend improvements to labeling processes and results.
- Spot and report routine process or operational challenges within standard operating procedures and tools, suggesting enhancements to facilitate workflow.
- Take ownership of floor support by promptly addressing internal questions during task execution as needed.
Daily Work Environment
The ML Data Associate role primarily involves foundational labeling duties including evaluation of dialogues in speech, text, audio, and video content. Basic Qualifications
- Possession of an Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Fluency at level C1 or equivalent in the specified regional language.
- Strong business writing capabilities to produce reports, proposals, and professional communications.
- Advanced reading skills able to comprehend and analyze complex business documents.
- Well-developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to interpret and follow detailed instructions across varied projects.
- Effective research proficiency, capable of collating and synthesizing data from diverse sources.
- High attention to detail when handling complex tasks and documentation.
- Experience liaising with stakeholders across departments.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and commonly used business software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area (may differ in certain locations such as India).
- More than two years of professional experience demonstrating strong task execution.
- Proven ability to utilize open-source tools for thorough research.
- Adaptability to fast-changing environments, strategies, and directions.
- Two to three years experience in project coordination or management, particularly within support roles.
