Key Responsibilities

• Identify operational challenges relating to processes and tools and recommend changes to ensure smooth workflow.
• Take ownership of floor support to resolve internal queries during execution as needed.

A Day in the Life

As an ML Data Associate, you will perform foundational labeling tasks such as dialogue evaluation across speech, text, audio, and video data. Your strong focus, multitasking ability, and keen attention to detail will ensure the delivery of top-quality outputs while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to Amazon's policies. Basic Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient business writing skills capable of producing reports, proposals, and formal correspondence.
• Advanced reading comprehension suited to analyze complex business documents.
• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and accurately implement detailed instructions across projects.
• Strong research skills, able to gather and synthesize information from multiple sources.
• Excellent attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (may vary depending on location).
• English language proficiency at C1 level.
• At least 2 years of professional experience demonstrating effective task execution.
• Experience leveraging open-source resources for comprehensive research.
• Capability to adapt in fast-changing, dynamic environments.
• 1+ year of project coordination or management expertise.
• Experience managing cross-department stakeholder relationships.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite and common business software.
