Role Overview

This full-time, on-site Merchandiser position is situated in Sharjah Emirate, UAE. The key responsibility includes ensuring landscaping and gardening products and materials are organized, displayed, labeled, and stocked properly in retail or project settings. Tasks encompass arranging merchandise in line with company standards, managing stock levels, collaborating with sales teams, and preparing basic product information to aid customer choices.

The role involves frequent communication with customers and colleagues to collect feedback on product presentation, supporting promotional setups and seasonal displays, maintaining cleanliness and order in display zones, and assisting with inventory checks and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong communication and customer service abilities to interact efficiently with clients and team members.
• Competence in sales and retail to support product promotion, upselling, and effective merchandising.
• Basic marketing knowledge for assisting with product displays, promotions, and adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
• Keen attention to detail in product placement, labeling, and stock rotation, following merchandising standards.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and organizing merchandise, standing for long durations, and working onsite in Sharjah.
• Fundamental numeracy and organizational skills for conducting inventory checks and generating reports.
• Previous experience in merchandising, particularly related to gardening supplies or landscaping materials, is an asset.
• Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent. Additional training in retail, merchandising, or landscaping products is advantageous.
