Merchandiser

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Merchandiser to join PepsiCo's team in New Glasgow, NS. This role requires traveling to nearby locations such as Truro and Antigonish. Role Details

• Arrange PepsiCo beverages on store shelves, racks, coolers, and promotional displays using manual or powered tools.
• Ensure store promotions are effectively carried out by maintaining fully stocked shelves and prominently displaying promotional materials.
• Collaborate closely with Account Sales Representatives and Delivery teams to provide exemplary service to all Pepsi accounts.
• Keep back-room inventory organized and tidy.
• Remove expired products regularly to guarantee product freshness and quality.

Requirements

• Possession of a High School Diploma, Professional Studies Diploma, or equivalent qualifications.
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle for travel requirements.
• Physical fitness to lift items up to 50 pounds as part of daily tasks.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Strong skills in managing time efficiently.

Preferred Additional Experience

• Previous experience in merchandising or customer service roles.
• Familiarity with grocery store operations is advantageous.
