Job description
About the Role
We are seeking a committed and meticulous Medical Coding Executive to join our team. This role involves precise coding of medical records by applying established guidelines and standards to ensure compliance. Accurate documentation and confidentiality are paramount.
Work Schedule and Compensation
The workweek consists of five working days with two rotational weeks off. The salary package offers a take-home amount of 14,000 INR and a cost to company (CTC) of 19,000 INR monthly.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine and interpret medical records to assign accurate codes
- Allocate appropriate CPT, ICD, and HCPCS codes to medical events
- Validate coding accuracy and adhere strictly to regulatory requirements
- Protect patient confidentiality and sensitive information
Eligibility Criteria
- Must have a degree from any discipline
- Completion of at least three months certification in Medical Coding
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and coding standards
