Position Summary

We are seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join our R&D department on a full-time, on-site basis. The role centers on designing, analyzing, and developing mechanical components for electric vehicles and drones. Key tasks involve crafting detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software, managing product design stages from concept through production, collaborating with various teams to enhance product functionality, and ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma, B.Tech, or BE in Mechanical Engineering with up to 2 years of experience in 2D and 3D design.
• Strong grounding in mechanical engineering concepts and aptitude for critical thinking.
• Proven skills in product design and development processes.
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD and ProE or equivalent software.
• High attention to detail to generate accurate technical documentation.
• Problem-solving capabilities and effective teamwork skills.

Salary and Terms

• Initial monthly salary of 15,000 INR for freshers during the first 6 months.
• Post 6 months, Employee State Insurance (ESI) and Provident Fund (PF) benefits will be provided.
• Salary revision after 6 months ranging from 200,000 to 240,000 INR annually, based on performance.
• A mandatory two-year bond applies for freshers.
