Unlike typical dating apps that rely on swipes, the platform integrates psychological insight, behavioral learning, and emotional understanding to prepare users for genuine connection and love.
Role Overview
As a Matchmaker, you will serve as the trusted guide and coach for premium clients throughout their entire matchmaking journey—from their initial consultation up to marriage. This role requires a blend of emotional intelligence, client relationship management, and strategic matchmaking with a strong service-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary liaison for assigned clients, deeply understanding their life stories, emotional needs, and relationship patterns.
- Build trust and provide ongoing coaching during moments of emotional difficulty or decision-making.
- Create personalized matchmaking strategies and source compatible matches from both internal databases and external platforms.
- Ensure suggested matches reflect true compatibility, balancing logic with intuition.
- Monitor client feedback and adapt approaches accordingly.
- Maintain detailed client records, manage scheduling, and collaborate with internal teams using CRM and other digital tools.
- Contribute to brand growth by engaging in social media content and sharing matchmaking insights.
- Safeguard client confidentiality at all times.
Candidate Profile
- Applicants must be women.
- Possess 4 to 6 years of experience in roles requiring high empathy and client interaction, such as psychology, coaching, consulting, or client servicing.
- Preferred background includes psychology, therapy, coaching, or human behavior expertise.
- Highly empathetic with strong emotional intelligence and patient communication skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple complex client interactions over extended periods.
- Curious and intuitive, capable of reading between the lines beyond basic checklists.
- Comfortable using CRM systems, spreadsheets, calendars, and collaboration tools.
