Marketing Assistant

About the Role

Daewoo Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. (Singapore Branch), a Korean multinational construction and engineering firm, is seeking a Marketing Assistant. This position involves supporting business development efforts by identifying opportunities with government agencies and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify business prospects through media channels, Gebiz platform, and networking with contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Conduct market and industry trend research to keep updated on developments.
• Engage in meetings and negotiations with prospective clients and partners to advance business interests.
• Develop and maintain enduring business relationships with strategic collaborators.
• Represent the company at tender and pre-qualification briefings.
• Coordinate with the Korea-based tender team to ensure alignment.
• Track regulatory updates to ensure compliance with construction license requirements.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and preparing weekly reports for the Chief Representative.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Open to candidates from any educational or professional background; entry-level applicants welcomed.
• A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in any discipline is required.
• Self-driven, energetic, and outgoing personality.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Additional Information

• Work location is near Promenade MRT station in Singapore.
• The salary range is SGD 3,000 to 5,000 monthly, depending on experience.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
• This role requires on-site presence.
