Manager - Project Coordination and Smart Technology Integration

About the Role

Located in Bay East Garden, the Founders' Memorial commemorates Singapore's founding leaders and aims to inspire future generations. It features an integrated gallery and garden experience. This role involves supporting the Memorial's vision by coordinating projects and integrating smart technologies, working collaboratively with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects involving multiple parties and collaborative partners effectively.
• Facilitate cross-functional planning and assist internal teams and partners with decision-making.
• Engage with stakeholders and agencies to support project objectives.
• Maintain project documentation, track progress, prepare reports, and oversee milestone reviews.
• Assist in contract administration, budget oversight, and procurement coordination.
• Provide administrative support including organizing meetings and managing follow-ups.
• Review and aid in implementing smart building technologies for operational excellence, focusing on energy efficiency, maintenance reliability, and optimized museum operations.
• Conduct research on innovative smart systems and strategies tailored for the museum’s built environment.
• Stay informed about current building industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Academic background in project management, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Preferably at least five years of experience managing projects in construction, infrastructure, or technology sectors; public sector exposure is a plus.
• Applicants without public sector experience are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders and clearly deliver presentations.
• Knowledge of smart building technologies, energy management systems, and IoT infrastructure.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, or QP are advantageous.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced environments.
