Manager - Digital Transformation

Overview

We seek a Manager to join the Four Principles Digital Transformation Team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role involves leading project teams dedicated to driving digital transformation efforts, managing digital products, developing innovative solutions, and facilitating business transitions. The manager will oversee client interactions, mentor team members, and ensure the smooth delivery of digital initiatives with measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end digital transformation projects from planning through execution.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering collaboration and successful results.
• Organize and conduct workshops with clients to establish digital transformation roadmaps and strategic directions.
• Provide leadership and guidance to consultants and senior consultants, recognizing individual talents and enhancing group performance.
• Oversee deployment of digital solutions aligned with business goals.
• Offer expert advice on IT governance, data analytics, application ecosystems, and emerging technology trends.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality project outputs that drive tangible business impact.
• Coordinate closely with project sponsors and stakeholders to facilitate decisions and smooth project execution.
• Manage cross-disciplinary teams and enable effective communication between clients and internal departments.
• Develop comprehensive reports and present insights through clear, visually compelling formats.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of consultancy or analogous experience emphasizing digital transformation.
• Strong leadership capabilities and proficiency in managing client engagements autonomously.
• Excellent analytical skills and methodical problem-solving approach.
• Deep understanding of IT architectures, emerging tech, and digital transformation frameworks.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and crafting data-driven narratives.
• Familiarity with SAP or Oracle systems is advantageous.
