Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position is based in the Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. The Makeup Advisor is responsible for championing Fenty Beauty products by providing tailored makeup consultations, helping clients choose products that complement their skin tone and type, and demonstrating application techniques. Daily duties include maintaining product displays and samples, managing inventory, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the sales space, and engaging with customers to promote sales and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized makeup advice and product demonstrations to customers.
• Provide recommendations suited to individual skin types, tones, and preferences.
• Maintain and organize product displays, testers, and inventory levels.
• Respond to customer questions and explain product features and benefits clearly.
• Support sales objectives through professional and service-oriented interactions.
• Participate in in-store promotional events as needed.
• Adhere to company and brand standards to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with store leadership and team members to uphold brand image.

Qualifications

• Solid product knowledge and skills in makeup application, color matching, and basic skincare principles.
• Strong customer service aptitude with effective listening and sales skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities to engage with diverse clientele and coworkers respectfully.
• Organizational skills including managing displays, stock, and adherence to store protocols.
• Awareness of hygiene and safety in handling cosmetic products and tools.
• Prior experience in retail, beauty, or cosmetics sectors is beneficial but not essential.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is advantageous.
