Working Schedule
The position requires availability Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Primary Responsibilities
- Diagnose and replace lighting components including bulbs, fixtures, ballasts, and LED lights in communal areas, parking lots, and outdoor locations.
- Conduct general maintenance tasks such as repairing walls, ceilings, doors, locks, handrails, benches, and other mall assets.
- Regularly inspect property to identify maintenance needs and potential safety issues.
- Ensure maintenance tools and equipment remain in proper, safe operating condition.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols including the use of personal protective equipment.
- Fulfill any additional tasks as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Familiarity with fundamental electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repair skills.
- Exemplary work ethic and self-motivation.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
- A focus on workplace safety.
- Physical ability to climb ladders, perform bending and lifting duties, and work under varying weather conditions as needed.
