About the Role
We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, specializing in the perfume and fragrance manufacturing industry. This role involves overseeing the upkeep, repair, and optimal functioning of production machinery to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and perform maintenance and repair tasks for all machinery and production equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to detect maintenance needs promptly.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies to reduce equipment downtime.
- Coordinate and manage maintenance activities, ensuring efficient machinery operation.
- Maintain detailed records related to machine maintenance, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues; collaborate with technicians as necessary.
- Ensure all maintenance procedures adhere to safety standards and are executed effectively.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of maintenance experience, ideally within the perfume or fragrance manufacturing sector.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to supervise maintenance teams effectively.
