Role Overview

As a Maintenance Planner at Pental’s manufacturing facility, you will be instrumental in enhancing equipment dependability, plant efficiency, and operational effectiveness. Collaborating closely with maintenance, production, and engineering teams, you will ensure maintenance activities are effectively scheduled and executed to promote safe, reliable, and cost-efficient operations.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated experience in maintenance planning, coordinating, or supervising within a manufacturing setting, with solid knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance methods
• Practical expertise using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as SAP PM, MEX, Pronto, or Maximo to handle maintenance schedules, work orders, and asset records accurately
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical abilities able to discern reliability enhancements, resolve issues, and reduce equipment downtime
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills fostering collaboration across operations, maintenance teams, contractors, and suppliers
• A proactive and safety-conscious attitude with enthusiasm for continuous process improvement and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
