About the Role
As a Maintenance Assistant at the Conrad Dublin, part of the Hilton Luxury Division, you play a vital role in maintaining the hotel's physical safety and operational functionality. Your efforts help create memorable stay experiences by upholding a safe and comfortable environment for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the upkeep of the hotel facilities including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house locations to ensure safety and proper functioning.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and work orders from team members to address maintenance needs.
- Carry out various repair and maintenance tasks spanning carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry work.
- Perform preventive maintenance checks on equipment and property to identify and resolve potential issues proactive.
- Record details of inspections and completed repairs, highlighting any unresolved problems for further attention.
