The position involves managing the entire physical and digital mailroom operations alongside corporate office services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mailroom, document handling, and distribution services.
• Operate reception and switchboard duties efficiently.
• Deliver concierge and hospitality support.
• Oversee general office management tasks.
• Handle managed printing and reprographics functions.
• Coordinate loading dock activities and logistics.
• Control archive management and live filing systems.
• Manage supplier relationships and services.
• Process digital mailroom operations and digital mailboxes.
• Handle document imaging and workflow management.
• Support accounts payable and receivable activities.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Prior operational and supervisory experience in a mailroom setting.
• Leadership capabilities to supervise at least one team member.
• Strong customer service focus and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to build effective workplace relationships.
• High attention to detail and professional appearance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
