Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual with a proactive attitude eager to learn and grow within a dynamic manufacturing company. This opportunity offers a hands-on role operating extrusion, printing, and polythene bag making machinery. The company emphasizes career progression with comprehensive training on various machines and processes.
Work Schedule
This position is based on a day shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, providing a three-day weekend every week. The standard workweek comprises 48 hours with options for overtime.
Compensation and Growth
The starting pay rate is £12.71 per hour, equating to an annual salary of approximately £31,724. Salary increments are available contingent upon learning additional machines and tasks within the production process.
