About the Role
We are hiring Loan Verification Executives for the IDFC X-Sell banking process. This role involves telecalling existing customers to inform them of additional loan options, verify their eligibility, and guide them through the application process while meeting sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Contact current customers via phone to discuss loan offers.
- Explain various loan products and guide customers through the application steps.
- Assess customer eligibility for new loan schemes.
- Strive to meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Open to both freshers and candidates with experience.
- Preference given to candidates with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills are desired.
- Background in banking, telecalling, or sales will be advantageous.
Work Schedule
- Working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Fixed weekly off on Sundays.
Compensation Details
- For freshers (V3 level), the take-home salary is ₹15,000.
- For experienced candidates, monthly cost to company (CTC) is ₹25,000 with an in-hand salary of ₹23,000 (excluding Provident Fund).
