Job Responsibilities

• Operate designated machinery to achieve production targets efficiently.
• Gain cross-functional skills by training across various binding and finishing equipment in the Bindery department.
• Conduct minor preventive maintenance and repairs while promptly reporting mechanical issues to supervisors.
• Maintain machinery in optimal condition ensuring adherence to quality system protocols.
• Help meet departmental goals focused on customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Preferably more than two years' experience operating bindery machinery, such as literature folder gluers, or other technical production equipment.
• Familiarity with basic quality control systems and documentation processes.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as required in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt to change.
• Educational qualification of high school diploma or GED.
• Physical capability including twisting, reaching, kneeling, pulling, standing for extended durations, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Good concentration levels along with essential abilities to speak, hear, and see clearly to perform job functions safely.
