Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent and motivated Listing Coordinator who is fluent in Arabic to contribute to our expanding real estate team. The role involves sourcing new properties and maintaining strong relationships with property owners, while growing the company’s portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with property owners to acquire new property listings.
• Gather detailed and accurate information about properties, owners, pricing, and availability.
• Continuously develop and expand the property portfolio of the firm.
• Maximize listings on Madhmoun platform.
• Ensure ongoing communication and follow-up with property owners to nurture relationships.
• Meet monthly objectives related to new listings, owner communications, and portfolio enhancement.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic is essential.
• Experience in real estate, telesales, or property acquisition is preferred.
• Confident in conducting phone calls, follow-ups, and owner negotiations.
• Strong goal orientation and proactive work habits.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi's real estate market is advantageous.
