Role Overview

This on-site, full-time position based in Jhunjhunu entails handling the operation and upkeep of the academy's Learning Management System (LMS). Responsibilities include configuring courses, uploading content, managing user enrollments and permissions, and collaborating closely with trainers and instructional designers. The role requires tracking learner progress, compiling engagement and performance reports, troubleshooting user issues, verifying data accuracy, and supporting the enhancement of online and hybrid training programs. Coordination with academic and administrative personnel ensures alignment of LMS activities with overarching educational and developmental objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in LMS administration, configuration, and user assistance.
• Experience in coordinating and supporting training and development initiatives.
• Competence in instructional design, including organizing course architecture and aiding content development aligned with learning goals.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with faculty, learners, and staff, along with documentation abilities.
• Preferred experience with standard LMS platforms, basic competency in data analytics or reporting, meticulous attention to detail, and capability to thrive in a structured educational on-site setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, IT, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
