Job description
Role Overview
This position supports internal leaders, the People team, and external partners by organizing, monitoring, and assessing learning initiatives. The role primarily involves practical coordination tasks including administration, scheduling, and maintaining reports to ensure smooth daily operations of the learning function.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a reliable contact point for managers, employees, and external partners addressing learning-related inquiries.
- Manage routine learning activities such as scheduling sessions, communicating with participants, tracking attendance, managing completions, and liaising with suppliers.
- Perform administrative duties crucial to progressing learning programs by following up on attendance, compiling reports, and updating records accurately.
- Create basic reports and summaries for the team, reflecting attendance, completion statistics, and feedback trends.
- Support gathering and organizing feedback data to provide insight into the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
- Assist in assembling learning materials and resources, collaborating with external facilitators who predominantly lead the sessions.
- Identify colleagues needing additional support with digital platforms, and aid in implementing new technology rollouts.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of one year experience in a Learning and Development position.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with attention to detail in managing schedules, records, and follow-ups.
- Prior involvement in coordinating training or educational activities is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and general digital tools; familiarity with e-learning platforms or LMS is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills paired with a professional and approachable demeanor across all levels of staff.
Compensation and Benefits
The position offers a salary ranging from €35,000 to €45,000 annually, along with additional benefits.
