Responsibilities
- Engage with institutions to strengthen partnerships and source potential candidates.
- Drive the planning, coordination, and execution of recruitment and sourcing programs.
- Leverage recruitment technologies, including CRM platforms, to monitor candidate pipelines and engage effectively.
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with organizational needs.
- Work cooperatively with team members to achieve collective recruitment goals.
Qualifications
- Possess a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
- Have 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, supply chain management, or managing institutional partnerships, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
