Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Experience Designers to produce compelling digital experiences.
• Uphold superior design craftsmanship and quality with close attention to detail in all deliverables.
• Convert brand strategies and user research into clear, effective design solutions across various digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain design systems, component libraries, and guidelines that facilitate scalable user experiences.
• Work collaboratively with strategists, technologists, and delivery teams to ensure ideas are feasible, impactful, and executed skillfully.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to foster the growth of design team members.
• Confidently present and communicate design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Extensive portfolio showcasing high-quality experience design across digital products and platforms.
• Comprehensive product design background from UX architecture to sophisticated visual interface design.
• Proven leadership experience managing design teams and delivering complex digital projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Strong visual design expertise including layout, hierarchy, colour theory, motion, and typography.
• Proficiency with modern design software such as Figma and other collaborative platforms.
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams within agency or product settings.
• Deep passion for fostering design culture, nurturing creativity, and pursuing continuous innovation.
