Join the Vertu Volkswagen Hereford team as a skilled Van Technician, where your role is integral to providing outstanding customer service underpinned by reliability and professionalism. You will engage in servicing, maintaining, and repairing vans, ranging from routine checks to intricate fixes, ensuring first-time resolution and high-quality workmanship.

Compensation and Bonuses

The position offers a base salary between £28,840 and £36,200 annually, adjusted according to your qualifications and experience. This role follows a 40-hour workweek, with additional Saturday work compensated as overtime. There is also an opportunity for extra earnings through an over-performance bonus. New hires receive a sign-on bonus of £2,500 in the first month of employment and another £2,500 after completing 13 months.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A formal automotive qualification such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Automotive.
• Proven recent experience working as a Vehicle Technician.
• Possession of an MOT license is advantageous but not obligatory.
• Ownership of a complete set of professional tools.
• A valid full UK driving license.
