Laundry Assistant

About the Role

Luxor Healthcare is seeking dedicated Laundry Assistants to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Housekeeping, the Laundry Assistant is responsible for ensuring that all linens and clothing items are thoroughly cleaned and properly returned to their designated locations or residents, maintaining excellent condition at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate laundry equipment under the guidance of the Housekeeping Department.
• Manage the washing, drying, and processing of linens and clothing articles effectively.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of laundered items to appropriate areas or residents.

Candidate Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Exhibit patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude, particularly when interacting with elderly and disabled residents.
