Laptop Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a capable and enthusiastic Laptop Technician to join our team. This role requires a minimum of six months' experience in laptop repair and servicing. Candidates with additional sales expertise may be considered for a combined technical support and sales position.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve hardware and software problems in laptops.
• Replace or fix defective components such as screens, keyboards, and batteries.
• Install or upgrade operating systems, device drivers, and other software applications.
• Maintain accurate service logs and repair documentation for customers.
• Provide basic troubleshooting guidance to customers.
• Where applicable, assist with in-store sales by educating customers about product features and helping them select appropriate devices.

Candidate Requirements

• At least six months of experience in laptop repair or servicing.
• Strong knowledge of laptop hardware, operating systems, and troubleshooting methods.
• Effective communication skills for customer interaction.
• An interest or background in sales is advantageous.
• A collaborative team-player mentality coupled with a positive outlook.

Compensation and Employment Details

The monthly salary range is INR 12,000 to 16,000. This is a full-time position based in Delhi-NCR.
