Pilbara Ports is proud to be the largest bulk export port authority, managing key locations such as Ashburton, Dampier, Port Hedland, Varanus Island, and planning five additional port sites. As a Landside Operations Coordinator, you will oversee coordination of all activities at public berths and surrounding landside areas. Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance, maintaining safety standards, and optimizing the efficiency of continuous 24/7 vessel and cargo operations. You will also facilitate various landside logistics projects and activities across the Pilbara port sites, providing shift relief when needed.

Employment Details

  • Full-time position based in Port Hedland, Western Australia
  • Shift work including weekends and public holidays is required

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary of $176,956 inclusive of shift allowance, plus 13% superannuation
  • Housing, electricity, and water are provided, with occupant contributions capped at $105 per week
