Job description
Role Overview
The Finishing Touch Garden Studio is looking for a skilled Landscape Designer to develop sophisticated outdoor living environments, focusing on luxury terrace gardens and comprehensive exterior makeovers.
Responsibilities
- Design detailed 2D layouts and create photorealistic 3D visualizations for upscale terrace and landscape projects.
- Incorporate various hardscape elements such as pergolas, WPC decking, and water features, along with tailored planter designs.
- Prepare accurate site drawings and specify materials needed for flawless execution.
- Work closely with site supervisors to ensure the design is accurately implemented during construction.
Requirements
- Possess a Degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Experienced in using design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, or 3ds Max.
- Comprehensive knowledge of exterior finishes, structural layouts, and the materials used outdoors.
- A portfolio showcasing completed landscape or outdoor design projects is essential.
Compensation
The position offers a monthly salary ranging between INR 20,000 to INR 30,000.
Location
This role is based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, requiring presence at the site or office location.
