Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Labourer to join our onsite team at Whaddon GL4, Gloucester. This full-time role involves supporting construction activities and ensuring smooth site operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople to help keep the project progressing according to schedule.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across the worksite.
- Perform general labouring tasks including material handling and other assigned duties.
- Communicate regularly with site management to ensure effective coordination and workflow.
Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Possess a valid CSCS card, which is mandatory for this role.
- Equip yourself with full personal protective equipment including steel-toe boots, high-visibility clothing, and a hard hat.
- Have a strong grasp of health and safety protocols relevant to construction sites.
- Bring relevant prior experience along with references from previous work engagements on construction sites.
