Role Overview

WIN Waste Innovations is hiring a confident and enthusiastic Laborer dedicated to maintaining facility tidiness and ensuring environmental regulatory compliance. This role demands high visibility due to heavy traffic and requires personal protective equipment (PPE) while maintaining eye contact with peers on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and remove litter from ground areas, depositing waste into designated containers.
• Collect and dispose of waste litter appropriately.
• Perform sweeping and cleaning tasks in breakrooms and maintenance shop zones.
• Maintain a positive working atmosphere through professional communication and teamwork with customers, colleagues, vendors, and management.

Physical Demands

• Ability to handle tools, equipment with fine motor skills.
• Reach using hands and arms as needed.
• Frequently climb and walk on structures higher than four feet.
• Occasionally lift equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
