Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position requires the individual to visit client premises to gather samples such as water, soil, and industrial materials, strictly following defined sampling methods, labeling protocols, and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include the safe transport of samples to the laboratory, maintaining proper storage conditions, and accurate completion of documentation, including chain-of-custody records. Daily duties involve scheduling coordination with the lab team, conducting simple field measurements as necessary, vehicle upkeep, and compliance with traffic and safety regulations. The role demands professional communication with clients, prompt reporting of any sampling difficulties, and occasional assistance with sample handling and preparation in the laboratory.

Qualifications and Skills

• Competency in adhering to standardized sampling procedures and maintaining sample safety and documentation accuracy.
• Possession of a valid UAE driving license with safe driving experience around Dubai and vicinity.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory or environmental testing methods with eagerness to learn technical protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple sampling tasks daily.
• Proficient English communication skills; additional languages are advantageous.
• Physical ability to perform field tasks involving lifting and handling samples under various outdoor conditions.
• Dependability, punctuality, and commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.
• Minimum educational requirement is a high school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in laboratory sampling, fieldwork, or logistics is preferred.
