Role Overview
We seek a detail-focused Kyriba Implementation Consultant with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Treasury Management System deployments to join our Treasury & Risk Consulting team. The role involves collaborating with senior consultants, architects, project managers, and clients to ensure successful Kyriba implementation across various treasury modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in the complete Kyriba implementation lifecycle.
- Conduct workshops to capture and document client business requirements.
- Configure Kyriba according to the approved functional designs.
- Support design, configuration, testing phases including SIT and UAT, and deployment activities.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation including Functional Design Documents, configuration guides, test scripts, and user manuals.
- Validate integrations with ERP systems and banking interfaces.
- Assist with data migration and production deployment processes.
- Provide post-live hypercare and ongoing production support.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain implementation standards and practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years experience specifically implementing Kyriba or other Treasury Management Systems.
- In-depth understanding of treasury functions such as cash management, forecasting, payments, bank connectivity, and statement processing.
- Familiarity with banking formats including ISO 20022 (pain.001), MT101, CAMT.053, MT940, BAI2 or equivalents.
- Experience with ERP integrations, preferably SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proven support experience during SIT and UAT phases.
- Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills, and effective communication.
Preferred Skills
- Kyriba Functional Certification (beneficial but optional).
- Basic knowledge of APIs, SFTP, Host-to-Host connectivity, or SWIFT integration mechanisms.
- Experience with SQL or reporting tools is a plus.
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree in fields such as Engineering, Commerce, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or closely related disciplines.
