Overview
Join Viehmeier GmbH & Co. KG as a Konditor (pastry chef) in Gilserberg, where tradition, passion, and craftsmanship unite to create high-quality baked goods. Using traditional recipes and sourcing excellent raw materials from the region, we ensure consistent product excellence and transparency that delights our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Produce various baked products and doughs according to recipes.
- Follow and maintain strict recipe adherence and quality standards.
- Operate and care for ovens and other bakery equipment.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene protocols are rigorously applied within the bakery.
- Contribute to the development and innovation of new products and variations.
Requirements
- Completed formal training as a Konditor (pastry chef).
- Experience in bakery or confectionery environments is an advantage.
- Strong passion for pastry crafting and attention to detail.
- Knowledgeable in food handling and safety.
- Reliable team player with punctuality and dependability.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Motivated, eager to learn, and trustworthy.
- Good German language skills (B1/B2 level) in speaking and writing.
