Established in 2016, the company is a profit-generating, remote-first organization with a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees. It leads the Long-Term Care staffing sector and is expanding into Home Health andHospital staffing, enabling millions of people to access essential medical care.

Role Overview

The Knowledge Operations Specialist will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing the frameworks that underpin healthcare internal operations. This individual will ensure that all workflows, processes, and SOPs are clear, accurate, and facilitate swift, well-informed decision-making across teams.

This role blends expertise in operations, documentation, and systems design, requiring a deep understanding of workflows and the ability to translate complex procedures into precise, accessible knowledge. While an individual contributor position, it carries significant influence over how teams operate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze complex healthcare workflows and translate them into comprehensive, easy-to-follow SOPs and documentation.
  • Conduct audits of the existing knowledge base to remove duplication, address content gaps, and enhance usability.
  • Serve as the internal reference person for knowledge matters, identifying recurring questions and closing information gaps through updates or process improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and compliance teams to guarantee documentation accuracy and real-world relevance.
  • Innovate continuously to improve team access and interaction with internal knowledge resources.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in knowledge management, process documentation, or operational enablement, preferably in healthcare, technology, or regulated sectors.
  • Demonstrated capability to convert complicated, technical workflows into clear, actionable documents.
  • A systems-thinking approach combined with strong analytical skills for process design.
  • Practical experience using platforms such as Confluence, Notion, Zendesk, and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-conscious, motivated, and able to juggle multiple documentation projects simultaneously.

Technical Requirements

  • Reliable wired internet connection with speeds of at least 15 Mbps.
  • Modern computer hardware meeting or exceeding an Intel i5 8th Gen or AMD Ryzen 5 2000 series CPU, with minimum 12GB RAM (16GB recommended).
  • Noise-cancelling headset, a quiet workspace, and uninterrupted power supply.

Impact and Success Metrics

  • Ensure teams can retrieve precise and updated information quickly and effortlessly.
  • Maintain SOPs that are consistent, clear, and aligned with operational practice.
  • Become the recognized expert for clarity and structure in operational documentation throughout the company.

Hiring Process Notice

Candidates will undertake a concise practical exercise aimed at evaluating the clarity and logical organization of complex information.
