Vaikuntha Stays invites applications for the position of Kitchen Steward at our hotel in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. We seek a polite, accountable, and guest-focused individual to uphold dining service excellence, maintain cleanliness, and facilitate an enjoyable dining experience for all visitors.

Core Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements and menu guidance.
• Accurately record food and beverage orders and ensure their swift delivery.
• Keep the dining and service areas clean and sanitary at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen staff to coordinate timely meal deliveries.
• Address guest inquiries and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
• Prepare and clear tables following the hotel's quality standards.
• Maintain appealing presentation of dishes and drinks.
• Exhibit a courteous and professional demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Adhere strictly to hotel policies, food safety protocols, and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in other restaurant-related tasks as needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience as a steward or waiter in a hotel or restaurant environment is advantageous.
• Strong communication abilities coupled with excellent customer service orientation.
• A neat, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• A collaborative work ethic with eagerness to learn and contribute.
