Role Overview

As a Kitchen Porter for Big Mamma, you will maintain the highest standards of hygiene, order, and cleanliness within the kitchen environment. Supporting both the kitchen and floor teams during busy service periods, you will contribute positive energy, a solution-oriented approach, and help deliver memorable moments for guests.

Responsibilities

• Uphold excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards in all kitchen areas.
• Organise the kitchen workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
• Assist kitchen and dining floor colleagues during service rushes.
• Approach each shift with enthusiasm and problem-solving focus.

Candidate Profile

• Genuine passion for Italian cuisine coupled with a friendly, warm disposition.
• Energetic, proactive, and ready to collaborate within a team environment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
