Role Information
- Perform basic cleaning tasks swiftly and efficiently
- Collect and wash cookware and utensils
- Clean food preparation areas, equipment, crockery, and cutlery
- Unload deliveries of food and equipment
- Maintain organization in storeroom areas
- Sanitize work surfaces, walls, and floors regularly
Requirements
- Understand and comply with health and safety standards in a hotel context
- Deliver excellent guest service with strong interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate high attention to detail regarding customer care
- Be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Availability and flexibility to cover early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and public holidays
