Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily kitchen activities to guarantee smooth and efficient operation.
• Uphold superior food quality, presentation, and consistency standards.
• Ensure adherence to food safety protocols, hygiene regulations, and HACCP guidelines.
• Manage staff scheduling, provide training, and evaluate team performance.
• Monitor and manage inventory and supplies effectively.
• Control food costs by minimizing waste and enhancing operational efficiencies.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to ensure prompt food service delivery.
• Maintain kitchen equipment and uphold a clean, safe, and organized environment.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 7 years of experience in kitchen management or food and beverage operations.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management expertise.
• In-depth understanding of HACCP standards and food safety requirements.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Educational background in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
